Services
Every engagement here has a set scope, a set timeline, and a price I stand behind. If one of these is close to what you need and the budget is tight, tell me. We adjust the scope, and the rate stays the same for every credit union.
The Workflow Fix
You pick one process your staff would love to see run better. Loan applications, new accounts, member requests, card disputes, skip-a-pays, wire requests. I spend the first two weeks watching how it runs today and talking to the people who touch it. Then I rebuild it so every request lands in a work queue with its data and documents attached, nobody re-keys anything, and a manager can see what is open at a glance.
I build on tools you already pay for wherever possible. Your team is trained before I leave, and IT gets a short runbook so they can maintain it without me.
- You receive
- A map of how it runs today, the redesigned flow, the working intake and queue, staff training, a runbook for IT, and a check-in call 30 days after go-live.
- Good fit
- One process, clearly bounded, that touches members or lenders every day.
- Second process
- $4,000 if we do another one at the same credit union.
AI Starting Point
Your board has asked what the credit union is doing about AI, and you want an answer that is specific to you. The first two weeks are conversations with your team and a look at where the repetitive work lives. From that I rank where AI and automation will pay off, and I draw a clear line around what stays off limits: member data, lending decisions without a person, and anything an examiner will ask about.
The second two weeks we build the first tool and put it into use. It is small on purpose. The point is that your staff use it, see what it does, and can tell the board about it from experience.
- You receive
- A ranked list of use cases with effort and payoff, one working build in your environment, training for the staff who run it, a one-page AI policy the board can adopt, and a short note on what to decline when vendors call.
- Basis
- Every tool listed on the home page was built inside a credit union by me and is in daily use there. That is the experience this engagement draws on.
Strategic Planning Day
Planning is a process, and the day on site is the middle of it. Before I arrive, your leadership team and board answer a short survey and I pull your numbers next to a peer group you agree with. That way the day starts with a shared picture instead of a debate about the facts.
The day itself is built around your credit union. We look at where you are, what your members need from you next, and what you are willing to change to get there. We leave with three to five priorities, each with an owner and a date. I facilitate, and your team does the thinking.
Two weeks later you get a written plan short enough that people read it. Then three quarterly check-in calls over the following year, included, so the plan gets worked.
- Before
- Survey of leadership and board, peer comparison, one prep call with the CEO.
- The day
- Leadership team, or leadership team and board together. I facilitate, capture, and keep the conversation on track.
- After
- Written plan within two weeks. Three quarterly check-in calls. A one-page board summary.
Standing Advisor
For a CEO who wants someone to think out loud with. Two scheduled hour-long calls a month with you or your leadership team. A written review of your numbers each month, with what I would watch. A look at anything you send me: policies, job descriptions, vendor proposals, board materials. And my cell number for the days something breaks.
I take two retainer clients at a time so I can actually be available.
- Expanded
- $1,750 per month adds one built deliverable each month. A dashboard, a procedure, an analysis, a board presentation.
Operations Sprint
Two weeks looking across branches, the contact center, and lending turnaround, with your managers. On day 14 you get a short ranked list of what I would fix first and why. Then six weeks implementing the top two or three with your team: a process rebuilt, a queue built, a staffing change made, a scorecard in use.
You get the list and the results under one price. I do not believe in handing a credit union a report and a second invoice.
- You receive
- Ranked fix list on day 14. Two or three fixes implemented by day 60. The remaining items with estimated cost. A one-page summary for the board.
Leadership Session
A half-day working session for your management team built on CORE, the leadership system I run my own team on. Clarity, Ownership, Reinforcement, Execution. It is practical. Managers work on their own teams and their own problems, and leave with written commitments and a 30-day follow-up call on the calendar.
- Good fit
- A management team that is growing, has new managers in it, or is heading into a change like a conversion or a merger.
